    SISCODATA Demo Cell
    Demo cell dedicated to different sectors (food, retail, cosmetics, ...), integrated with a Racer-7-1.4.
    The robot is able to handle very different products such as cans, jars, doypack packs, using different pincers depending on the type of product to be taken.

    The gripper is selected by the robot program based on the product and, using different physical principles, is used to take products different in nature, shape (even more than one product at a time) and material. Furthermore, the picking up of fragile and delicate products takes place respecting both the packaging surfaces and the contents.
The multigripper uses different physical principles: in specific cases it is used a caliper with very flexible silicone rubber fingers, a "levitating" forceps or a system with suction cups.
In the real system, the products reach the packing area on tapes or shelves and these special pliers are able to pick up the different products with great precision and place them at a specific point after the multi-piece, thus achieving high productivity without stressing the machine.
The robot used can also be equipped with several types of grippers to handle the different products using an automatic gripper change.
